No - Rug Pads, either purchased individually, or in an order as an add-on option to a purchased Rug (via the Rug's product detail page) are not eligible for return (free or otherwise) due to their custom nature. Our Rug Pads are custom-cut to fit your specific rug purchase - as such, we cannot resell this as it's been specially made for your order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have read and understand the return eligibility of the items in their order prior to purchase.
