Do you offer a warranty on your rugs?

At ECARPETGALLERY, we understand the importance of finding the perfect addition to your room. That's why we offer a hassle-free  Return Policy > of 30-days from the date of reception of your order.

As our rugs are meticulously handcrafted and often semi-antique >, we stand by their quality and durability. Once you've opened and tried out the rug(s), we offer a warranty period of 30-days for eligible items. This warranty reflects our confidence in the longevity of our products and serves as a testament to their enduring beauty and resilience.

The following products or orders can be returned (provided they meet all criteria of our Return Policy), at specified costs to the customer, outlined below:

  • Oversized rugs (12'0" x 15'0" area rugs and larger) are subject to an automatic restocking fee as the restocking undertakings are a function of these particular items' exceptional weight. The restocking fee is determined based on, up to 20% of the item’s price (before applicable taxes) for returns of all oversized rugs. 
  • Returns originating from Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Yukon, Northwest Territories or Nunavut will require the return cost to be covered by the customer.

All below items are non-returnable and non-refundable, free or otherwise:

  • Sale Rugs*
  • Rug Pads (Bought either individually or as an add-on option to your Rug purchase)

*Sale items include Clearance Rugs, Rugs Under 200, Rugs Under 300 and Flash Sale rugs. Items purchased with a discount code or during a site-wide promotion are not considered final sale unless they are in the SALE section. These are subject to the same return policy as full-priced items. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have read and understand the return eligibility of the items in their order prior to purchase.
