When booking, you will be prompted to enter your phone number. Please enter the number you wish to be reached at, as we will either contact you by phone call or video call. If the purpose of your appointment is to compare between two carpets or give our design team a glimpse of your living space for personalized recommendations, we may suggest a video call. If you simply have questions you need answered, we will call you by phone
