Can I return the rug if I buy it in-person?

Yes - rugs purchased directly from our Montreal Showroom are subject to the same Return Policy > as those purchased online. Customers have 30 days from the delivery date (in this case, purchase date) of their order to return the item(s) back to ECARPETGALLERY. Simply schedule your return drop off with a member of our team beforehand via our Contact Form > . Return drop offs to our Montreal Offices > can be scheduled during opening hours of operation, Monday to Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. 

All items purchased in the Showroom and returned are subject to the same inspection to validate that  items have been returned, are eligible, and are in their original condition (original tags attached).

All items purchased in the Showroom within the 30-day window are eligible for return, with the following exceptions:

• Sale Rugs (Liquidation, Clearance or Flash Sale)
• Rug Pads (Bought either individually or as an add-on option to your Rug purchase)
